Can I buy products from more than one store in one purchase?
Only items from one store can be added in one cart as each merchant managed its only delivery. If you would like to purchase from more than one store, just checkout the cart first and continue your purchase from other stores!
How do I ask question related to the product?
Please read the detailed product information listed on the product description page first. If you still cannot find the information you need, then you can directly contact the shop to make an inquiry through the “Ask a Question” button on the product page.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, automated logistics process will start and the system will instantly send the order details to related merchants for product preparation and shipping. Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to amend or cancel any confirmed orders.
Please check your purchase items, quantity and price before proceeding to payment.
Pick up option is available in some of the stores. Please refer to the
delivery details of the relevant merchants at “STORE POLICIES” on the product description page.
The delivery is handled by each merchant you purchased from. You may enjoy free delivery service by spending a specified amount in the same store.

Information of when item will be shipped is stated at the product description page. However, the actual delivery date and time will depend on various factors such as delivery address, manpower allocation and weather effects.
What are the acceptable payment method?
The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit card (Visa / MasterCard) and Paypal.
In case of payment failure, please ensure you have correctly entered the payment information (i.e. credit card number, expiry date and CVN). Payment will be declined if there is any wrong information or disconnection during payment.
Why my order is cancelled by the store?
A order may be cancelled by the store due to certain reasons, including but not limited to, insufficient stock to deliver the merchandise you have ordered and delivery service unavailable for your area.
If your order is cancelled by the store, we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible.
How to report problem of the product? Can I get a refund?
For any missing / wrong / defective items of your order, you may report the product problem within 7 days after receipt directly through the “Ask a Question” button on the product page.
Please note each store merchant has their own refund policy. Please refer to the “STORE POLICIES” on the product description page to check if a refund is valid in your situation.
