This chocolate bar is made by Trinitario cacao bean of Bali, which is the winner of Cocoa of Excellence 2017.

This chocolate is infused by Sakura Shrimp from Japan by our bespoke technique, and this is the first dark chocolate in the world that is infused by Sakura Shrimp. You will find the umami taste of the shrimp matches perfectly with the nutty flavour of the cacao bean.
