This Soy Sauce chocolate bar is made by Trinitario cacao bean of Bali, which is the winner of Cocoa of Excellence 2017.

Aim at exploring the funny taste of organic premium soy sauce and dark chocolate. We have used the organic premium soy sauce made by Yuet Wo, which is one of the oldest sauce manufacturers in Hong Kong.

The result of umami taste of this soy sauce revealed some sweet soy, red fruit and nutty flavour of the cacao bean, a surprisingly interesting taste profile!
