Porcelana cacao is the purest form of the Criollo cocoa, the world’s rarest variety, the finest and famous heirloom cacao. It originates from the South of Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela.
In order to refine its bespoke flavour profile, the cacao bean has been roasted at very low temperature, conched for 56 hours and aged for 38 days.
Its lower level of bitterness, superior nutty, caramel and a buttery texture is considered by the connoisseurs as the holy grail of cocoa.
