2009年在淺水灣開創第一間優質雪糕朱古力店,數月之內以其獨創而質優的雪糕吸引了大批傳媒的注意和報導。其中最著名的包括龍蝦雪糕、白松露菌雪糕、鵝肝雪糕等等… 至今仍為市場上津津樂道。著名影星和大亨都是店內常客。

– 2011年獲美國CNNgo選為最佳夏天美食首位。
– 2012年獲日本日經新聞選為「必到」香港食肆 。
– 2014年再以獨創的皇帝蟹雪糕、分子煙薰雪糕和許多優質雪糕產品馳名,並被飲食界傳媒冠稱為雪糕界愛恩斯坦,尊為雪糕界的翹楚。

About the Founder – Arron Liu

Arron has created over 800 recipes of icecream, his products  have been reported on over 130  articles and media, including CNN and Japan Economics News. He has been granted as the genius and most creative ice cream chef in Hong Kong by the media! 

Being a registered chocolate  judge in IICCT, Arron is also a super-chocolate lover and dedicated to bean to bar chocolate.

Cacao beans are the foundation of Chocobien to the sophisticated flavor, aroma and texture in our chocolate bars.  We choose the finest single origin cacao beans from farms in Bali, Ecuador Madagascar, Peru and Venezuela.  Other ingredients include organic cane sugar, organic sweetener, with our bean to bar skills, aim to achieve the most delicious and finest chocolate in Hong Kong :
